Return & Exchange Conditions

Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to return or exchange a product.

Sealed & Unused

Products must be sealed and unused. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened skincare products.

Tanzania Only

Returns and exchanges are currently available only within Dar es Salaam and elsewhere in Tanzania.
