We are based in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania, and offer global delivery via DHL Express.

TANZANIA:

Shipping rates will automatically be applied at checkout based on your selected location.

Arusha, Dodoma, Geita, Iringa, Kagera, Katavi, Kigoma, Kilimanjaro, Lindi, Manyara, Mara, Mbeya, Morogoro, Mtwara, Mwanza, Njombe, Pwani, Rukwa, Ruvuma, Shinyanga, Simiyu, Singida, Songwe, Tabora, Tanga: 5,000 standard shipping or FREE SHIPPING on orders above 150,000 TZS.

 

KENYA:

Kenya: 20,000 TZS Standard Shipping or FREE SHIPPING on orders above 200,000 TZS.

Order processing time: We try our best to process orders the same day they are placed, but with a volume of orders or due to stock availability, please anticipate 1-3 business days.

Shipping time: in Dar es Salaam, the same day once processed, and in other regions across Tanzania and Kenya 1-4 days.

Since deliveries across Tanzania and Kenya are sent via Bus, we will email you your package receipt for collection at the destination. 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL:

We ship to most countries globally with a standard shipping rate of 120,000 TZS or FREE SHIPPING on orders above 650,000 TZS.

We know this rate is higher than usual. This is due to the current courier costs from Tanzania. We’re actively working on more affordable solutions as we grow. 

Since international courier costs from Tanzania are currently high, we always recommend stocking up on your favorite dewdreamy products in one order. This way, you’ll save on shipping (or even qualify for free delivery) and won’t have to reorder as often.

Shipping time: We use DHL Express. Most packages are delivered in under a week. However, please anticipate up to 2 weeks for the shipping duration.
