Which skin types are dewdreamy products suitable for?
Our products are designed for a wide range of skin types, including normal, dry, combination, and sensitive skin. Each product page includes guidance on who it’s best for.

Are dewdreamy skincare products vegan or cruelty-free?
Yes. All dewdreamy products are cruelty-free and vegan.

Do dewdreamy products contain nuts?
Some of our formulations use nut-derived oils, such as shea butter or coconut oil. Please check individual product ingredient lists if you have allergies.

Do dewdreamy products contain fragrance?

Yes, some of our body products are lightly scented with safe, skin-friendly fragrances. However, all face products are fragrance-free and powered with essential oils for skin benefits, never just for scent. This way, you get the best of both worlds: body care with dreamy scents, and face care that’s gentle on sensitive skin.

Are dewdreamy products safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Many of our products are pregnancy-safe, but we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider, especially if you are unsure about certain ingredients (like essential oils).

What do you mean by “clean skincare”?
At dewdreamy, “clean” means we prioritize naturally derived, high-quality, and safe ingredients. Our products are free from harsh sulfates, parabens, and unnecessary fillers.

Can I trust Dewdreamy products from third-party websites?
For your safety and guaranteed authenticity, we recommend purchasing only from our official website, our dewdreamy shop, or our authorized retail partners.

Do you offer a recycling program?
We’re working on introducing a refill program. Stay tuned!

SHIPPING

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location—usually 2–5 business days within Tanzania.

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary by region.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Tanzania and some International destinations. Visit our Shipping page for more information.

Do I need to pay duties or taxes?
For orders within Tanzania, VAT is included. For international orders (coming soon), local duties and taxes may apply.

Where can I buy dewdreamy in person?
You can shop directly at our dewdreamy store at The Slipway in Dar-es-Salaam or at selected retail partners and boutiques.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

How can I check my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. 

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards, mobile money payments (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money), and cash in-store.

When will my card or mobile money be charged?
Payment is processed at checkout.

Why was my order cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled if payment fails, items are out of stock, or details are incomplete. If this happens, we’ll contact you right away.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of purchase. For hygienic reasons, opened products cannot be returned. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

Can I cancel or change an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at info@dewdreamy.co.tz with your order number and details.

Do you offer international returns?
Not at the moment.
